New — turn the users who already love you into a paid creator team See how it works

Our Story

Your best marketers already use your product.

Every founder feels the same squeeze. It costs more each quarter to buy attention, and the attention you rent leaves nothing behind when the budget runs out. Meanwhile the people who genuinely love what you built — the ones whose word actually moves other people — are sitting right inside your product, and nobody has thought to ask them. We built Favente to change that math.

Growth got harder, and not evenly

Distribution used to be the cheap part. You could buy your way to a first cohort, and the channels rewarded early movers. That era is over. The cost of a customer keeps climbing, the returns on a rented audience keep shrinking, and the honest signal — a real person telling other real people something true — is the one thing that still works and the one thing money can’t manufacture. Three shifts are behind it.

  1. Paid attention is inflating

Auction prices only go one direction. Every advertiser is bidding for the same finite feed, and each new entrant pushes the floor up. You pay more this year for the click you got last year, and the moment you stop paying, the traffic stops with it. It’s rent on attention, due again every month, forever.

  2. Audiences are rented, not owned

Pay a creator with a big following and you borrow their audience for the length of a post. The deal ends, the content scrolls away, and you’re left with nothing you can build on — no roster, no relationship, no compounding trust. You funded a spike and kept the receipt. Next quarter you start from zero and pay the toll again.

  3. Your own users convert — but turning a fan into a creator is hard

When someone who actually uses your product talks about it, the trust is real, the context is specific, and it converts in a way a hired endorsement never will. Everyone knows this. The problem is the last mile: a fan isn’t a consistent creator. They don’t know they’re welcome, they don’t know how to make something that lands, and they don’t know there’s a reward on the other side. Left alone, that credibility never ships.

Carving a different path

You could accept the treadmill — bid higher, rent bigger, repeat. We didn’t want to build another way to spend on attention you never keep. The more we looked, the clearer it got: the most credible, lowest-cost distribution a company has is the people already in its product, and nobody had built the machinery to turn that into something reliable. Not a one-off ambassador program held together by spreadsheets and goodwill, but a real system a small team could run without hiring for it.

So we started from the user, not the ad. What would it take for the person who loves your product to become a creator who’s actually good at it — and to get paid, fairly, for results you can trust?

What we set out to build

Favente recruits creators from your own user base and turns them into a standing team. Someone who already uses your product opts in, learns to make content that converts, ships it, and gets paid on results you approve — and every win they earn follows them, building a track record they carry from one company to the next. The point isn’t a campaign. It’s a roster you own and a craft your creators keep.

How Favente makes it work

  • Recruit from your own users. A link or an optional in-product embed surfaces the program where people already care — inside the moment they’re using and enjoying what you built — instead of a cold outbound ask.
  • Coach on Hook · Proof · CTA. Every creator learns the framework and gets AI coaching on their actual footage — what landed, and the one concrete thing to sharpen next. It’s a training ground, not a submission box.
  • Approve the wins. Creators report each milestone with proof; you approve it (and, as your roster grows, the creator community reviews it too), so a reward stands on a win you signed off on — not a number taken on faith.
  • Pay on milestones you approve. Payouts release on approved view milestones, and you approve them. No money leaves upfront — you pay for outcomes that already happened.
  • Build a portable track record. Every approved win accrues into a creator’s durable record — the resume that makes them more hirable over time, and the roster that stays yours after any single push is done.

The AI is a coach, not a gatekeeper

It would be easy to point AI at a stack of submissions and stamp each one pass or fail. We refuse to build it that way. Favente’s AI exists to make an ordinary user great, not to sort them. So there is never a cold verdict: if something isn’t ready, a creator gets a specific, encouraging brief — what they did well, the one thing to fix, and the reward waiting on the other side — not a rejection.

Everyone should walk away better than they arrived: sharper at the craft, with wins on the record, and a real shot at getting paid. Do that honestly and a company is left with something durable when the work is done — a roster of trained creators who genuinely use the product and want to keep showing up. That’s the whole idea. Give people superpowers, and the distribution takes care of itself.

Where we are, and what’s next

Favente is live. Companies are recruiting creators from their own users, coaching them on real footage, approving the views creators report, and releasing milestone payouts on the wins they signed off on — and creators are stacking approved wins into a record that travels with them.

What’s next is depth on both sides. Sharper coaching that meets a creator exactly where their footage falls short. A track record rich enough that a proven creator’s reputation opens doors on its own. We’re building toward a world where the best marketing a company can do is help its own users get great at telling the truth about it — and where doing that work makes those people more valuable everywhere they go.
