Love Intelligence

The most honest feedback isn't a survey. It's what your users create.

Your creators are your users. Favente asks them why they love your product at the moments they feel it most, then turns every answer into inspectable math: a love model, a section-by-section scorecard, a quote-backed playbook, a ranked backlog, and a weekly digest in Slack. Glass-box formulas you can audit — never a black box you have to trust.

Built into every Favente workspace. Free plan · no card required.

Illustrative numbers. Yours come from your creators — and hide themselves until the sample is big enough.
0 fabricated data points — a note exists only if a creator wrote it
1 feedback prompt per creator per week, at most
90% confidence intervals on every learned driver
100% of quotes anonymized unless the creator consents to be named

Why creation beats asking

Retire the survey popup

Surveys catch users at random moments and collect answers given to make the popup go away. Creation catches them at the peak — and attaches every answer to content, views, and proof.

Feedback by survey

  • A popup at a random moment, answered to make it go away
  • A score with no why behind it
  • Anonymous sentiment you can't weigh, verify, or follow up on
  • Black-box “AI insights” you can't audit

Feedback by creation

  • One question at a real high — a payout landing, a milestone clearing
  • Every answer tied to the content and approved views behind it
  • Drivers weighted by recency and the approved reach of who said it
  • Every formula documented — you can recompute any number yourself

Where the signal comes from

One question, at the moment they feel it

A creator hits a real high — a payout lands, a views milestone clears — and Favente asks one short question, right then. Not a quarterly survey; a love note written at a high-emotion moment. At most one prompt per creator per week, answering is always optional, and it never affects their payouts.

  • Claim approved
  • Payout landed
  • Views milestone
  • Streak kept
  • Day 30
  • Your own custom moments

The suite

Six instruments, all glass box

Every answer your creators give feeds six owner-facing instruments. Each one shows its work.

A mathematical love model

An equation learned from your workspace's own data: the named drivers of advocacy and breakout, coefficients with bootstrap 90% confidence intervals, odds ratios, and a plain-English sentence for every driver.

Refuses to fit on thin data — never a confident equation from a small sample.

A scorecard for every section of your product

Your product broken into its real sections — payouts, training, whatever yours is made of — each scored 0–100 by a documented formula, with the per-factor point breakdown shown next to the score.

Cold starts coach you on what the score needs — they never fake a number.

A brand playbook in your users' words

The ranked reasons users love you, each grounded in real creator quotes, compounding week over week into a living memory of your brand that grounds every AI tool you run on it.

A creator is named beside a quote only with their consent — otherwise it's anonymized.

A ranked improvement backlog

Every “here's what I'd change” is mapped to a section of your product and converges into one fix-first list — improvement pressure weighted by how recently it was said and the approved reach of who said it.

No creator is ever named against a negative signal.

A virality genome for your content

Which loved things actually drive breakouts: each love driver correlated against brand-approved breakout posts, with textbook statistics — every r, p-value, and sample count in the open.

Correlation stated as correlation, with sample gates before any verdict.

A weekly digest where you already work

Every week in Slack: your Product-Love Index, the top love drivers, one creator quote (named only with consent), your advocate of the week, and the top improvement ask — plus alerts when a new driver emerges or creators converge on an ask.

Composed deterministically — no LLM between the math and the message.

The honesty layer

Glass box, or it doesn't ship

Every number in Love Intelligence follows the same rules:

Never fabricated

A sentiment exists only when a creator actually expressed it. No synthetic data, ever.

Sample-gated

Every score carries an explicit confidence — and hides itself until the sample can support it.

Consent-gated names

A creator is named beside a quote only if they said you could — everything else stays anonymous, and negative signals are never attached to a name.

Inspectable end to end

Weights, formulas, and intervals are printed next to every number. AI tags themes; it never invents the math.

And on the creator side: at most one question per creator per week, answering is always optional, and it never affects rewards or payouts. Honest asks are how you earn honest answers.

Questions founders ask

Where does the signal actually come from?

From your creators, who are your users. Favente ties one short question to a real moment — a payout landing, a views milestone clearing, a claim being approved — so you ask while the feeling is honest, not weeks later in a survey. The cap is one prompt per creator per week across every feedback surface, answering is always optional, and it never affects their rewards or payouts.

Is this a black-box AI reading sentiment?

No. AI is used narrowly — to tag the themes in what creators write. Everything numeric is deterministic and documented: a hand-rolled logistic regression with named coefficients and confidence intervals, textbook correlations against approved views, and per-factor point breakdowns on every score. You can recompute any number yourself.

What happens when I only have a few creators?

The system tells you, instead of pretending. Below the minimum sample the love model refuses to fit, section scores hide themselves, and the digest holds the index back. You get honest counts and coaching on what the model needs — never a confident number on thin data.

Will this annoy my creators?

It's designed not to. At most one prompt per creator per week across all feedback surfaces, never the same moment twice in a month, and an automatic pause when someone dismisses twice in a row. Answering is optional and never affects rewards — the prompt says so in the copy.

Does it prove what causes virality?

It measures association, honestly. The virality genome correlates each love driver against brand-approved breakout posts and states the result as correlation, not causation — that caveat rides on every payload. It's a ranked, evidence-backed place to look next, not an oracle.

Your users already know why they love you. Now you can too.
