I've been on both sides of this.

I'm Zachary Basinger. I study computer science at the University of Illinois, I'm a Z Fellow, and I've been building things on the internet since I was a kid.

The one I'm proudest of is Kazwire, a browser-gaming site I took from zero to 4 million users and 120 million page views. There was no ad budget. I recruited and led an eight-person marketing team of everyday users and creators, and we drove millions of views at under fifty cents per thousand. My own YouTube channel passed 23 million views along the way, and one of my videos was featured on the Joe Rogan Experience.

Since then I've built creator teams for other startups: 15 million views for a behavioral-health app I founded, a 30-person collegiate creator team for a fintech app, an endorsement from the founder of Cal AI.

So I've felt both sides of this. As a creator, I know the grind of making videos that actually land, and how it feels to work with a brand that pays arbitrarily and never coaches you to win. As a founder, I know how hard it is to find creators who reliably post, and that the content that actually worked almost always came from people who already loved the product.

That's the whole idea behind Favente. Your best creators aren't strangers on a marketplace. They're the users already inside your product. Favente is the Kazwire playbook, turned into software: install it once, and it finds your most motivated users, coaches a first-timer to a posted video, tracks the views, and pays them automatically.

Not an agency. Not a casting call. The engine that turns your own customers into the creator team that grows you.
